Your Text: Insert Slimies » Insert UBB Code » Close Last Tag \| All Tags UBB Help	Well I'm not sure but maybe objects like Shockwave and Flash don't follow the same rendering rules as other html elements, except for the dropdown box, which also suffers this problem. However have you tried setting the position of the table to relative and then setting it's z-index to be lower than that of the div's?
