Well its not basically an ad, quite frankly I find it pretty annoying myself but heck its a workplace thing. Lookit this site [url=www.maktoob.com]here[/url] and you can see another problem when you try to resize it. If I absolute position it the flash will overlap as I want It to but not if theres a shockwave file beneath it. BTW is there any plausible way to align the div containing the flash so that it maintains its position on the page like any other HTML element and still maintain its z-index property to overlap other page elements. At the moment its set to absolute but when you resize the page the div maintains its position with relation to the browser not t he page elements, I tried setting the positioning attribute to relative but it then wouldn't overlap any of the page elements.
