The way it is now, the name of the company isn't really clear. Yes, I know that you have the name in large black letters running in an arc across the photo, but at first glance I couldn't tell what "Smith Parke" was supposed to be. It could be the name of a gated community for all I know. I have a tendency of coming to the most stupid of all possible conclusions when it comes to design ambiguities, but I think it's safe to say that the header does not say what it needs to say: that this is the website of Smith Parke Appraisal Co. of Central Florida. As for the color choices, well, the colors aren't outrageous, if that's what you were wondering. Don't have too much else to say on that front.
