Hello everyone,

I'm trying to style an input in a div to be the same size as the div.
Too shorten the problem description, I made a simplified test page.

There should be no blue border above & below the input text.
There is none in Opera and Firefox.
But for my life I can't get rid of it in IE (6.0.2900.2180...).

Please - do any of you have any idea what else I could do?
I've tried playing with every margin/padding/border setting in there... still no luck.
I'm ready for a break ;-).

I appreciate your help,
so long,

Ugly as hell, but it seems to work

code:
<div style="background: #0000ff;">
	<input type="text" style="border:2px solid #fff; margin:-1px;">
</div>
