The minimize, maximize, close icons at the top right that don't function seem silly. You're using tables for layout when you should be using CSS. You're using JavaScript for simple rollovers that can be done much more simply with CSS. Ads are stupid. Spelling and grammar are quite bad. There are undoubtedly very good spam information sites already in existence that you'll likely never be able to match. The black border doesn't extend around the top area.
