Like Nojive, I couldn't find the park and rec link....at first. After a while, I finally did, under that horror of a drop down menu. That set up will need SERIOUS fixing if you want people to find their way around the site. Beyond that, at the moment I can only add two things - 1) almost every town/city website I have ever seen has sucked very badly. 2) while this one does not break that cycle, it is not as bad as many I have seen Focus on the issues nojive brought up, and you'll be heading in the right direction.
