Maybe you already have but just in case. Website creation cost. Maintenance. - And who's going to do the updating. Hosting. How you are going to advertise the site. (websites don't attract people by themselves) What you need to do to make visitors come again. They must have a really good reason like alot of up to date news, large and frequently updated video archive (that requires an expensive hosting). Website costs sum vs conventional arvertising (newspapers, posters etc). You probably need both. Assemble all the content you want to see on the site. Including news/video sources, texts, photos, logos etc. Think it through and have a really good idea of what you want. Then find a designer.
