you should be able to just rip the vector data out of there with a hex editor... possible in gziped format though. |

I'm running Acrobat Reader 7.0 on Windows 2000. I think it's the latest version of Acrobat. |

Open the doc in Illustrator. The vector images will remain vector and the raster images can be copied ond placed in Photoshop |
