Is there a way to imitate the get element by from JS in flash?. How can I imitate that in flash?

I would like to know how to change the text on a page when they click on the next button, like on this page:

when u click on the arrow the text changes

I suspect that would depend largely on how and where (to&from) the text you want to change is loaded in the first place.

If I was doing it, I'd probably use a dynamic text field and then some ActionScript to load new text from different files each time the button was clicked.

and I'm sure you'll get some new ideas about what's possible and how to use it for your page. Give it a go and let us know how far you get.
