It came my way at least 30 years ago touted as a 'pew end' from a 300 plus year old church in England... somewhere... that was somehow destroyed. One thing for certain it is old. I can't leave the house without seeing this thing and I always wonder two things..and in this order. Who carved it. Who sat in the first seat. and what were they thinking. Or is that 3 things?
