If the paragraph is important enough to need special treatment, it is important enough to qualify for either an Id or a Class. If it's *not* actually that important, then your job as deisgner does involve pushing the client in the wise direction, rather than simply accepting everything they think they want. Inline styles become a complete nightmare when updates and design changes are needed, and essentially negate the whole point behind CSS.
