Topic: Bizarre IE6 scrolling bug

Hey all,
It's been a while (a 3-year while) since I've been around here, and it's good to see the forums are still alive & well. Unfortunately I've hit a bug in a job I'm doing and don't know where to turn. The problem is this page:
http://www.sinhastanic.com/press/?clipping=16. When viewing this page in IE6 on XP/SP2 the browser appears to be generating correct-sized scrollbars which do nothing in the right-hand column. The scrollbar in the middle column works fine, and both are created by

overflow: auto;

in the CSS. HTML & CSS validates apart from one target="_blank". Any ideas are much appreciated...
