too subtle....

I can only see the faintest of sigs on my monitor F1.

Glad you said it - on my monitor here at work, I see absolutely nothing there

First 2 are for sure too subtle, well, ok invisible. Third one looks good. Nice fade.

i like the rthird version with the text on the right side instead of the left, on my tft screen it was nearly impossible to see the first to on the crt i could just make them out.

just a thought why not try mirroring the name and have the left copy on the left side and then the right way round version next to it that way u have ya name there but also possibly have a more subtle fade as in the original, by that i mean take longer to get to the fully opaque section, as if the first one was an "error" if ya get what i mean?

cool idea F1, the first two look subtle but readable on my laptop screen,
i like how the fade swaps side on the different BG

Must be something to do with laptop screens

I didn't say anything earlier but I was scratching my head a bit; the first two are very subtle (bit too subtle for sigs) but quite readable on my laptop as well.
