Not bad for a minute's work.
Not much in terms of criticism. The style seems a bit inconsistent at points (it strikes me as vaguely 70s retro at some points, and not at others), but I suppose that's a stylistic choice.
The jiggling does bug me a bit, though. I know that's a pretty common trick in Flash, and it bugs me whenever I see it. Why does everything have to jiggle when you mouse over it? Why can't we have a more subtle "highlight"? My two other complaints are related the the jiggle: 1) Why does everything else that is clickable jiggle except for the larger thumbnails of the web and print design pieces? There is a lot to be said for consistency (and if you're thinking, "It would look funny to have such a large image jiggle," well, it looks funny when the small images jiggle too). 2) The services icons jiggle separately, leading me to believe that they will lead to different destinations. But they do not--they all go to the same services page. Why do you need separate jiggles?
That's about it. The only other thing I would mention is that the actual content area could stand to be a little bigger.
Just my two cents. Not a big fan of Flash, but it looks fairly well done.
