I have Searched every wear on Google, Jeeves, Ect... But I have found nothing....


Im trying to find a program...any program.... that can encode with custom codec?s at the bit rate of 352kb/s?


If anyone can Help with this endeavor... you help with a lead on where too look or something Please post...


I'm getting tired of searching... would like some help...
