Would you lower yourself to the level of the petty people who hot-link your work by throwing childishness back at them? And, according to your rewrite rules, if google image-spiders your site, unsuspecting people who may be searching for images on a certain topic, not to hot-link them (since that's not what google does, it takes them to your site if they want to get the image) are going to be redirected to a disgusting image for no reason. There's another reason to decide to make yourself a bigger man about it. There are potential return visitors to your site that you're going to scare away with this image.
