I have writen a basic Guestbook for my Sisters Website. But now she is being flooded by Spametries. Any tips on how i could get rid of this Problem ??

If they look automated, you could implement a CAPTCHA solution, or if they're manual, you could require approval before they're posted.

Hope that's a start.

that's a start - here are some things that might work

-hidden field that must keep a certain value (helps against the real clueless spambots that try to hijack mailing scripts)
-Javascript-submit bypassing the captcha
-randomized field names (just append the date or such), which will require the bot to spend double time on your website
-filter on links in text -> maybe only require these to be approved.
-bayes filtering
