I thought you were talking about the direction the icon was facing and that is what my comment was addressed to. Now that I go back and look at the relationship between the figure (of the person) and the other objects in the icon, I see the perspective mis-alignment you are talking about and I totally agree with you with regards to the perspective being consistent within all the icons. . -- not necessarily stoned... just beautiful.
