(Which was free for both Mac and PC first, then pulled on PC, then Mac version disappeared...) They've built an entire setup of [url=http://www.microsoft.com/products/expression/en/downloads.aspx]Microsoft Expression[/url] programs since then, all of which are available as community technical previews. If you're not bent on avoiding Microsoft products, they may be well worth looking into.
