Time passes so quickly, it is important to stop once in a while and just look. See your children growing up, help them capture a moment of their youth, to remember in times to come. Take time to remember we are part of Nature, the blood pumping through our veins the rise and fall of the air passing through our lungs. The sun rising and the moon setting. The change of birdsong from one month to the next. The blossom turning to fruit ripening on the branch. I stop and be still, sitting by the open wood fire, staring into the flames, thinking of all the generations past who, at the end of such a day as this, have sat contemplating their life while staring into the flames of an open wood fire. When was the last time you walked barefoot in the grass, or sat in a tree?
