The worst thing about it all, is that the Call Agent was fired (at least they said that he was - who knows if he really was), and the Call Agent was most likely doing what he was trained to do by Management - hold onto customers.

They should have fired the entire Management.

I agree WebShaman. At Charter we were instructed to do things that weren't what I'd call honest. Like accepting any amount of payment from NonPay Disconnects making it look like the customer had another chance to stay connected but go back the next day and still cut them off.

YAR why I really don't want to go into IT sales, telecommunications or anything like that. Administration and technicals, that's for me. Nowhere where I'll have to sell, resell, upsell, downsell or cross-sell products. Nothing where people can try and train me to act like ^^ that.
