Wikipedia is awesome. :cool: If I were given an audience of powerful Washington politicians and 30 minutes to make my case, I would give them my atheism argument. We are a country that has progressively tolerated prejudice less and less throughout our history. If I could get anyone to actually listen to me, it would become clear to many that this is just an issue of prejudice. The only problem is, these days it is very hard to get someone to listen to you. People are so divided in their opinions, and the rules of debate have changed. One politician can now scream at another "you are WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!" and that's apparently an acceptable rebuttal. Any teenager in a high school debate class can tell you it's not supposed to be that way, but it happens all the time.
