Like a nav menu with a link that says "Ooga"..._and_ a title="Ooga"; so when you hover over Ooga, you get another Ooga right on top of it - and if the text isn't exactly the same, you might end up with title attribute text hiding what's under it. Take for example http://www.udm4.com/ which has some extra text on some items, but for most of them it's just redundant and annoying. Loading...
