To recap: I would like to see the outer DIV, which is the same width as the menu bars & banner, surround the inner DIV containing the content, in the manner of a picture frame. And yes, I know I have some layouts on this page in tables, but the real project is a quick-and-dirty alpha release that will be refined in the future.
