Unzip it anywhere an re-assign the icons in the System Panel > Mouse > Pointers ( might be a slightly different wording as XP is in French on my laptop :p ) I for one prefer having a black pointer with a white outline, instead of the other way around. Windows inverted cursors scheme is ugly. And the small shadow of Mac OS X cursors also improve their visibility.
