They and Strato host quite a chunk of german domains ( think millions) - and .de is second only to .com in size. I've been with them for a few years, first on shared hosting, then on a dedicated server, later moved to Strato* ( they did have the better server offer), and their hosting is sound if sometimes quirky ( webservers silently delivering misCased documents. You have a myDoc.html and the server will happily serve it up as mydoc.html. Drove my little sister nuts when we changed hosts ;) ) Don't expect anything 'non-standard' from them though - they won't even install php modules for you on a 'managed root server'. What they do have is multiple pipes from different networks, well constructed and administrated data centers (with a huge ups system of course. They have to call the power supply company before testing it. Seems those guys don't think it fun when 2 megawatts of consumption drop from the powergrid all of the sudden...) In other news, Domainfactory here in Germany offers the most reliable service I've ever seen in a hoster. *Strato is a no no for non-server hosting though. They've lost serveral TB of customer data a few years back... Mauro: 100 swiss francs a month? I'm renting my own box for 25 euros a month.
