Not sure who was first, but Abbott & Costello did 7 * 13 = 28. Same three ways though

[edit: I think Abbot & Costello were first.
I believe "In The Navy (1942)" was the one they did that bit in. Ma Kettle wasn't around until The Egg and I (1947).
