If you do a clean install make sure thet the disk or partiton where the OS is going to be installed is really clean. 1) Delete [b] everything [/b]on it. ! 2) Format the partiton to clean out some hidden files from realy clever anoyances or the stuff you did forget. Just putting the windows cd in the drive and running setup will not "clean" your system. A lot of programs and a big part from the registry are simply used again. Also if you see some viri or trojan or whatever on your system put their names in google someone might just have written a tool to remove it. Or a guide how to remove it manually.
