This month I'd like to see if we can make any SiGs on the theme of Jewellery
I am thinking of the term in its broadest sense too.
As I am offline at home now I'll only be able to make comments on all the submissions spasmodically when I visit a friend or go to the library, but I'll be watching.

Thanks mas I hadn't realised there had already been a contest on the same theme. Great link you posted, I'm just looking at the chain tut by synax now. Gosh I could spend hours just perusing the archives for little gold nuggets like these, nice one.

Testing. Not exactly sure how well this turned out. It's the first time I've ever tried using my tablet (that I've had for ages) for actually creating something. It's a paintover of an image that I changed to suit myself.

Hmm.. not bad. A lot of the finer detailed shadows got lost when I shrank it a bit though. Like the ones along the star and the edge of the side insets. Hrm...

Still, didn't seem turn out too badly at all. Might tweak a few things before I submit though.

Nice one Rhyssa... I was actually thinking about doing a class ring thingy too... though mine would have to say "GED" inside
