Topic: Editing pages done in MS FrontPage Question

I have a friend that had his companies site done by a "web design company". The site was done with what appears to be FrontPage.
However, I can not edit any of the pages.

I FTP to the site, download the pages, make some changes, upload the pages. Nothing happens. No changes are made! What am I missing here?

nevermind. I was in the wrong directory. Their site is a mess! The same pages are all over the place. Not the _vti_cnf stuff but the actual pages! ugh...I have my work cut out for me on ths one! LOL

Hehe. Worst case I ever had was on a unix server, with different files having the same name just different casing.
You couldn't even download that page onto a windows box to tinker with it!

well I just had about a 20 minute rant with Lacuna over IM about how this "design company" needs to be taken out back and flogged! This is just terrible!

I could go on all day about it.
