Basically, back around February of this year, $400mil was allocated by DHS to Halliburton subsidiary KBR for the construction of detention centers here on US soil, which they claim is for "immigration emergency" or some nonsense. I have a hard time believing anything out of government these days since everything we have been told basically since 9/11 is half-truth or just outright lies.
