codeRay is a neet little rays plugin that allows you to write code and then have it auto colored and marked up.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a library / functionality that would work in a similar fashion for PHP code in a PHP environment.

Or even a tool that could be used to generate the markup to be copied and pasted.
