I'm getting ready to take the big plunge and hire someone to develop a commerce engine for my Web site -- woohoo! I believe I've made my choice for developer, but I need to make sure I have some kind of contract ready before I give the go-ahead.

Does anyone mind sending me a copy of their standard work-for-hire contract so I can make sure I don't overlook any important points?
