Somehow, we escaped pretty much unscathed but I doubt we'll be so fortunate next time as the trees on our neighbour's property that HAD been acting as a buffer are pretty much gone and many of those still standing will have to come down. The man with the chainsaw is our good neighbour...and I gotta say I have no idea what this neighbourhood would do without him... he is quite amazing. Oh...and our worst storms usually hit in Feb/Mar...
