I believe the ballad goes,

"Come gather round children, it's high time ye learns
'Bout a hero named Homer and a devil named Burns
We'll march till we drop, the girls and the fellas
We'll fight to the death or else fold like umbrellas.
So we'll march day and night by the big cooling tower
They have the plant, but we have the power."

Is that what you were looking for?

Evil in theory, not so much in practice...

The title is a homage to Hubert Selby Jr.'s Last Exit to Brooklyn

Classical Gas - The song by Mason Williams, Lisa plays after her power plant ballad upon Lenny's request - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_Gas

From the Wiki.

The ballad that Lisa sings, the one that Wangstein gave you the lyrics for, is a Simpsons original. Most of the songs they do are. Either that, or their parodied covers.
