I don't know if there's a tool to do that so here is what I'd do: In Image Ready, export the animated GIF into Photoshop with each frame in a separate layer. Create an action to build a long stripe with all the frames. Repeat that with all the GIF/scenes, merge the stripes together then import the biiiiig stripe in IR, create a second frame where you scroll the stripe to reveal the last frame. Tween the animation to add as many frames you need, finally Crop the image to only show one frame.
