I have a friend that I sometimes do some freelance for. She is in need of an ASP programmer. If anyone is interested, email me and I can put you in contact with her.

I don't have *any* information on what is needed but she said that it was "a small site that needed to be done in ASP".

Well, the first question is (a) ASP Classic or (b) ASP.NET?

And the second is what kind of sub-class of ASP? As in (a) ASP VBScript or ASP JScript? So many options. So little time.

I will ask to see. Like I said, I don't have a lot of info. More than likely .NET

Subclass? Not sure. More than likely VBScript.

OK...more details.

My friend will provide all mockups and graphics for the site.

Site is database driven (she has excel spreadsheets with all data) and will consist of line drawings of all SKUS, prices, dimensions, etc.

The site needs to be accessed in two ways: one, for consumers to browse the products (with no pricing displayed), and two, for designers to access the site and browse, add to a shopping cart, and print out or send an order via email to Barnes Upholstery. The designers would have access to all pricing. There should also be a "favorites" cart which saves the information from each user logging in.

Designers need to be able to access the high resolution images for each SKU. This will simply be a link to the high resolution file.

There will be a "finishes" section, which will have up to 12 finishes that the designer or customer can view and zoom into.

The site should include a small administrative module which will allow Barnes Upholstery to add and delete users for the password protectd portion of the site.

The site needs to have a good search engine.

The site will have no more than 200 SKUs. So it's small.

She also adds "Designers need to be able to access the high resolution images for each SKU. This will simply be a link to the high resolution file.

She also added to my email "Please provide a quote ASAP. " So these people sound like they want to move pretty fast on it or she is trying to outbid someone.
