Which interface outgoing requests from application xyz use? Then I don't thing it's possible on a per-app basis, but you can adjust some parts with routes, or simply place a general route on the wired card, meaning no requests go out over the w wireless card (incoming requests would still be answered by the card) Or do you want to configure on which interface server software on your amchine listens at? Then yes, that's a per application setting, but it's also specifc for each application and we need to know which apps we're talking about. (No luck with linux though, it's a weak end host).
