Topic: cool images

Hi! I am developing this site: www.whatatop.com
It selects images from all around internet, discards the worst ones (based on user poll), so the content of the site is improving every day.
I will thank any comments.

So this actively steals other peoples images?

and puts its own watermarks on them .....

... and wraps them into depecrated and invalid markup.

... all this to place Google adds... What a lot of trouble to go through for eff-all, really.

In Opera, you can either do: Ctrl+F12, Adavanced, Content, Blocked Content..., Add... then type: http://*.googlesyndication.com/* or Right Click on the page, Block content... , Details, Add...

poi: no, this is a way for me to assess the real purpose of websites... I don't have to click on them! I am also by no means bothered by them.

Not natively. Install the AddBlock extension, click on AdBlock in the status bar, and add http://*.googlesyndication.com/*

any decent firewall will also take care of such things...
