[/quote] Easiest solution? build the whole thing from scratch. In so many cases, 'real' doesn't look as good as computer generated - when you are viewing something on a computer especially. The real world doesn't have those nice crisp pixel edges or those perfect circles ;) The jaggies - a diagonal line on a square grid is always jagged. You need to soften the edge - the age old trick of filling a selection of the layer with black, blur at .5 pixels and place behind the layer works wonders. There are countless other ways to soften an edge, but that one serves a variety of purposes at once and is a 'tried and true' method for me in this type of situation.
