Felow housemates, I need a script to generate and read 2D Barcode in PHP.

What kind of 2D barcodes are you talking about ? You should be aware of a potential patent issue with them.

Anyway, what kind of input do you have and output do you want ? What do you have so far ?

Actually, all i need to achieve is this;

I have a online form that people will fill thair, bio-data, fingerprint, and Upload Photo click save, click print slip.
The processing of the print slip will include retrieving of the data [text, fingertemplete and photo] and generating a 2d barcode.

I am pretty new to Bar Coding.. any elementry help will be valued.

well.. there are a lot of different 2d barcodes out there, Datamatrix is patent-protected-but-free in most the world as far as I know,
but there seems to be some issue in the us.

If you buy a component from one of the bigger companies, make sure they'll protect you from patent issues.

Otherwise, may I suggest a simple 1d barcode? After all, all you need to store is a number into your database,
and that's something a regular barcode will handle easily ( and with actually more robustness, if printed on paper
at a decend size).
