Topic: Help with ie/opera problems (Page 1 of 1)

I have just spent all night on this...

through out, i tested it in ie7 and opera9, but then a lapse of checking, i finish it up and upload... now it only works in firefox. i have scoured through it and can for the life of me find the problem...

does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it?

EDIT: i fixed it, but now the resize wont work and the "all programs" is only 1 program when its actually a bunch of em
