Basically they said that personnal use is either prohibited or should be reasonable and personnal mails/documents should explicitly state their personnal status so that no one else but you is allowed to read them. If an employer don't trust people to get the job done, there's no point in hiring them in the first place. While IT jobs are not physically tiring, one do need a small break every ~2h to stay focused and avoid attention decrease and the stupid mistakes that come with it.
