have you noticed any difference in the formulas that OO uses vs. Excel? I don't use them that much but have tried to go from one to the other and haven't found anything that *didn't* work.

I read about all of that in the forum post that you wrote. when I have the time, I will go through all of it. This is the type of thing that makes Linux a barrier to common users... Time.

@jive : yeah, I gotcha. But hey, when you figure this out you will be more familiar with Linux and thus making you a better end user
(which is what a lot of end users need anyway if it be Linux, Windows, Mac, whatever)

I have actually used the formulas in OO, and didn't find it difficult at all. Wonder what changes he's talking about?
