Your Text: Insert Slimies » Insert UBB Code » Close Last Tag \| All Tags UBB Help	I had the same problem stuck in the middle of no mans land between programming and graphics, so i freelanced for the last 2 years, luckily i heard about a job as web designer/programmer with an agency here a few weeks ago, now i am working on a team whose clients include Coca Cola Hieneken and a lot of other household names. I didnt think i would get the job because i have never worked in a design agency and czech is still like n alien language to me to a certain extent, so i made a few phone calls, got called in for an interview, showed them the people and projects i worked on for them, got asked when i could come in for a weeks trial to see if i fitted in the team personality wise etc. (paid of course) and now i am very happy in the new job. The key thing was i was told later i admitted what i couldnt do in the interview, but the balance of things i could outweighed what i couldnt (they wanted someone who could also create flash games, i can't yet) but told them i would happily go on any courses they needed me to. moral of the story: dont be afraid go for it, admit your weaknesses aswell as showing your strengths. good luck Loading...
