It has an issue with fonts at first but just [url=http://ubuntu.wordpress.com/2005/09/09/installing-microsoft-fonts/]install windows fonts[/url] and all is good. Never had an issue with it. I've never noticed a big difference in speed on Ubuntu for me, as far as "how well". Never crashed or gave any errors except for the windows font thing that I fixed.
