So while not being a real fan, I trucked my ass down to see Deep Purple at the Bell Centre. I normally find their music a little flat on CD or mp3, so did not think they would do much better live - thankfully I was wrong - this band is awesome - the hell with the studio, DP has to be experienced live. I hope I have half the energy these guys have when I hit 60 - great musicians, damn good classic rock if you're into that.
