We produce 3 rough sketches and charge the client a standardized illustration fee for the effort. Then they get to look them over and if they want to go forward with one of the suggestions we can charge them again for the final adjustments. Thanks for your replies! It's always good to hear what other people think... and it sound to me like you thought their initial attitude was as hard to swallow as I thought. --- No Silicon Heaven? Preposterous!
