I think they've get a way to go before they can match Google's capabilities in English. Even Google Korea is much worse than Google in English. In my opinion, at least. Another opinion: people throw around the term "bilingual" way too much. "Bilingual" means you can speak two languages at native speaker level. A lot of Koreans can write and speak English, but I would call very, very few of them bilingual. I've been here for twelve years and can speak Korean quite fluently, and I would still never describe myself as bilingual. Simply speaking a second language fluently doesn't make you bilingual.
