No, I haven't been to Cedar Pointe. It's about 3 hours north from where we are... but even with that short distance, I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon. (I'm not much of a fan of roller coasters.. and neither is Jennie, my wife) The adjustment has been............. interesting? I suppose it's a little different for everyone. I was very bitter about some things as I walked out of the military's door. And while I still speak with friends that are still living that life, I feel (happily) detached from it. I don't think about it often at all. The first time I thought about it after I was actually out, was about 2 months later. I suppose that just means I made the right decision for me. There's some things I do miss about it... there's no denying. Those things are a part of something/someone I used to be though... that make up part of who I am now I guess. Or something like that. Apologies to the new 'regulars' around the Asylum that have to see the burning capsule lit up every time a few of us pop back into this post just to chat. I thought it'd be worth mentioning that I don't dabble in PS nearly at all anymore. Someone mentioned WoW earlier in the thread... and that's what I use to soak my time, commonly. While that may be nearing it's end for me... it's been there for 2+ years now. heh. Kinda odd.
